Do I need a credit card to start the Chat Agent free trial?

No. The 30-day Chat Agent free trial requires only an email address. We'll never surprise you with unexpected charges.

How are Voice Agent minutes counted?

A "minute" is one minute of active AI voice call time, rounded up to the nearest second. Inbound and outbound calls both count. Minutes are tracked per calendar month and reset on your billing date.

Can I use both Chat Agent and Voice Agent?

Yes — they are separate products with separate billing. Many clients run both: Chat for text-based digital support and Voice for inbound/outbound phone operations. Contact us for bundle pricing.

What happens if I exceed my monthly minute allowance?

Extra minutes are charged at your plan's per-minute rate automatically. You'll never get cut off mid-call. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your allowance.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans.

Is my customer data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Microsoft Azure, and processed in compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA standards. Call recordings are stored securely and accessible only to your team.

How quickly can we go live?

Chat Agent teams are typically live within hours. Voice Agent deployments vary by complexity — simple IVR flows can go live in a day; multi-branch campaign setups typically take 1–3 days with our setup support.
